Security Officer Service: Service involves working armed and or unarmed guards. They may be required to patrol and protect property and or people. They may be required to man fixed post or they may patrol in vehicles.  This service includes Contract Guard who protects U.S. Government property and safe guard the well being of people who work on the property.

Private Investigators: This service involves investigating and collecting information for personas as well as businesses. These investigations may involve insurance claims, frauds, surveillance, background checks, businesses due diligence investigations, theft prevention and an array of other matters.

Security Consulting Service: Included in this service is risk assessment both criminal and safety, security surveys, crisis planning, crime prevention training and computer and system design for the prevention of crime.

Personal Protection: This service involves the protection of persons and sometimes animals. This could be children who fear that they may be kidnapped, entertainers or high profile persons. Sometimes it’s an animal that’s worth a lot of money.

Central Station/Alarm Monitoring: These persons monitor systems designed to detect criminal activity, fires, safety conditions and other related conditions.

Ticket Takers: These persons collect tickets at sport events, entertainment events, and other locations where tickets are sold to patrons and used to gain entry to the event.

Parking Aide: Parking Aids are used to assist patrons in parking their vehicles on private parking lots. The primary objectives of the aids are to assist vehicles with entering the lots, maximize the use of available space when parking and facilitate the free movement of vehicles after they are all parked. They remain on the lots as monitors. If there is an unusual incident they notify security that will take appropriate action.

Desk Clerks: The desk clerks answer telephones, have visitors sign in, provided information, make notifications in emergency and non-emergency situation, may provide limited clerical duties and or other functions.

Court Security Officer (377-667-010) : Maintains order in courtroom during trail and guards jury from outside contact: Checks courtroom for security and cleanliness. Assures availability of sundry supplies for use of JUDGE (government ser.) Enforces courtroom rules of and retains unauthorized firearms from person entering courtroom. Stops people from entering courtroom while JUDGE (government ser.) charges jury. Provides jury escort to restaurant and other areas outside of courtroom to prevent jury contact with public. Guards lodging of sequestered jury. Reports need for police or medical assistance to sheriff’s office. May advise attorneys of dress required of witness. May announce entrance of JUDGE (government ser.)

Guard I (372-667-038): Patrols assigned territory to protect persons or property: Tours buildings and property of clients, examining doors, windows, and gates to assure they are secured. Inspects premises for such irregularities as signs of intrusion and interruption of utility service. Inspects burglar alarm and fire extinguisher sprinkler systems to ascertain they are set to operate. Stands guard during counting of daily cash receipts. Answer s alarms and investigates disturbances (ALARM INVESTIGATOR business ser.). Apprehends unauthorized persons. Writes reports of irregularities. May call headquarters at regular intervals, using telephone or portable radio transmitter. May check workers’ package and vehicles entering and leaving premises.

May check workers’ package and vehicles entering and leaving premises. May or may not be armed.

Security Clerk (210-382-062) : Complies and maintains records of firm’s securities transactions: Reviews statements of transactions such as purchases and sale of securities, compare sites with records to verify accuracy, and enters details in journals. Computers amounts, such as cash balances, dividends, gain or loss, and other investment data to verify accuracy of records, using adding machine, and reconciles discrepancies. Distributes investment income to various accounts, according to budgeted percentages, to compile investment journals. Computes amounts to determine cash position of various accounts and prepares voucher to transfer funds needed to meet payments due.

Detention Officer (375-367-010): Guard persons detained at police station houses and detention rooms pending hearings, court or transfer to penal institutions and are responsible for inmates care while incarcerated.  Searches prisoners for weapons, contraband, drugs, and other harmful articles.  Care for and administer to prisoners who are sick or injured.  Accompanies prisoners to court and remain with them until case has been disposed of.    May observe inmates in cell to assure prisoners well being and adhere to rules and regulations.

Supervisor (372-667-038: Supervise and coordinates the activities of the guards, act as relief, insure that reports and equipment is accounted for.  Patrols assigned territory to protect persons or property: Tours buildings and property of clients, examining doors, windows, and gates to assure they are secured. Inspects premises for such irregularities as signs of intrusion and interruption of utility service. Inspects burglar alarm and fire extinguisher sprinkler systems to ascertain they are set to operate. Stands guard during counting of daily cash receipts. Answer s alarms and investigates disturbances (ALARM INVESTIGATOR business ser.). Apprehends unauthorized persons. Writes reports of irregularities. Project Manager (189-117-030) : Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters: Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time framer, funding, limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for of assignment of project personnel. Have the authority to initiate termination process for personnel under their command. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activates of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. May coordinate project activate with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.

Assistant Project Manager (189-117-030): Performs the duties of the Project Manager when he/she is on day off or leave or not available. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters: Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time framer, funding, limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment of assignment of project personnel. . Have the authority to initiate termination process for personnel under their command. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activates of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. May coordinate project activate with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.

Alarm Monitor (379-162-010) : Operates municipal fire alarm system, radio transmitter and receiver, and telephone switchboard: Receives incoming fire calls by telephone or through alarm system. Questions caller, observes alarm register that codes location of fire, and scans map of city to determine whether fire is located within area served by city fire department. Determines types and number of units to respond to emergency. Notifies fire station, using radio and starts alarm system that automatically contacts all fire stations and indicates location of fire. Relays messages from scene of fire, such as request for additional help and medical assistance. Records date, time, type of call and destination of messages received or transmitted. Maintains activity, code, and locator files. Tests various communications systems and reports malfunctions to maintenance units. May operate telegraph to relay code as back up if transmitter fails.

Corrections Officer (372-667-018) : Guards inmates in penal institution in accordance with established policies, regulations, and procedures. Observes conduct and behavior of inmates to prevent disturbances, and escapes. Inspects locks, window bars, grills, doors, and directs inmates during work assignments. Patrols assigned areas for evidence of forbidden activities, infraction of rules, and unsatisfactory attitude or adjustment of prisoner. Reports observations to superior. Employs weapons or inmates to and from visiting room, medical office, and religious services. May guard entrance of jail to screen visitors. May prepare written report concerning institution as correction Officer, City or County Jail (government ser.); Correction or other point, traveling by automobile or public transportation and be designated Guard, Deputy (government ser.) 

Executive Protection Agent (372-667-014) : Escorts individuals to protect then from bodily injury, kidnapping, or invasion of privacy. May perform other duties, such as receiving and transcribing dictation or driving motor vehicle to transport individuals to disguise purpose of employment.

Supervisory Descriptions:
 

Major: This rank is considered a position at the management level.  Personnel holding this rank will have the authority to make command decisions on behalf of the company.  Generally this position is administrative in nature.  However, supervisory responsibilities may be included in their duties. This position holder Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters: Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time framer, funding, limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for of assignment of project personnel. Have the authority to initiate termination process for personnel under their command. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activates of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Lieutenant: This rank is considered a position at the management level.  Personnel holding this rank will have the authority to make command decisions on behalf of the company.  Generally this position is administrative in nature.  However, supervisory responsibilities may be included in their duties. A Lieutenant may act in the capacity of a Captain when there is no Captain available.  A Captain when assigned Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters: Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time framer, funding, limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for of assignment of project personnel. Have the authority to initiate termination process for personnel under their command. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activates of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Sergeant: This rank is considered a position at the supervisory level.  The sergeant will be referred to as a first line supervisor.  A sergeant may act in the capacity of a lieutenant when there is no lieutenant working or available.  They do not however have the authority to make command decisions or initiate the termination process.  The sergeant plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters 0Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activates of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. May coordinate project activate with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
